With this departments focus being on multiple parts and tight tolerances, we have the skill set and equipment to bring a project from concept to finished product.

The process begins with our design team working closely with our customers to establish a production plan and help lay the foundation for the project. Using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, we can turn an idea or existing part into a model allowing the customer to visualize the part and foresee any difficulties ahead.

Using our advanced cutting techniques such as the Water Jet, or CNC Plasma Cutter, we are able to produce very accurate parts in a timely manner from a variety of materials. As for welding, our production team is highly skilled in MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials in any thickness.
